Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by NexVelt, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

Definitions

  • Company refers to NexVelt.
  • Service refers to the software, applications, and consulting provided by us.
  • Client refers to the entity or individual engaging our services.

Website Usage & Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our services in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the service.

Intellectual Property & Licensing

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NexVelt and its licensors.

Custom software developed for a Client remains the intellectual property of NexVelt until full payment is received, after which licensing terms specified in the Master Service Agreement (MSA) apply.

Payments, Pricing & Delivery

Project estimates, pricing, and quotations provided via our platform are indicative and subject to formal proposals. Payment terms, milestones, and delivery schedules will be explicitly outlined in the respective MSA.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NexVelt, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California.
